Intelligent robots and vision systems
Bonetto Automazioni, a technology partner of Yaskawa, firmly believes in the importance of testing. To this end, it has created a new demo area at its Pinerolo (TO) headquarters that includes a MOTOMAN GP180 robot and a bin picking vision system to test new technologies.
The new device is based on dual-blade laser triangulation technology that scans the target part by recreating the 3d model and with special software that allows the picking coordinates and pickable objects to be passed to the robot.
