Komori, MBO and YASKAWA are joining forces at FLOW as co-sponsors to introduce a new, wide-reaching collaboration on solution selling with robotics for the print production industry. Together, the companies are developing a growing range of automated and robotized applications for presses, sheet-cutters, folding machines, saddle-stitchers and folder-gluers. This is bringing production lines that have long relied on manual, labor-intensive work closer to fully automated, unmanned operation.
What we are showing
At FLOW, Komori, MBO and YASKAWA are introducing a new, wide-reaching collaboration on solution selling with robotics for the print production industry. One of the biggest opportunities for automation is the sheet-cutter line: manual cutting is slow and inefficient, and it involves heavy, unhealthy lifting. At our booth, Komori, MBO and YASKAWA will demonstrate part of a sheet-cutter line in action, showing how automation and robotics can take this process to a near-unmanned level.
